Carolina Diamond Gear™, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty on products purchased directly from our website.
This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.
1. Right to Cancel an Order (30 Days)
You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the date you received the goods, or the date a third party you designated (other than the carrier) took possession of the items.

2. Return Window for Physical Goods (14 Days)
While cancellation is available for 30 days, physical returns of apparel must meet the following stricter requirements:
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Items must be in original condition and packaging
Returns requested after 14 days may be refused, even if the cancellation period has not expired.
3. Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
The item must have been purchased directly from our website
The item must show no signs of wear, washing, or use
All tags and packaging must be intact
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of manufacturing defects:
Custom or personalized items
Limited-run or special edition items
Items not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed
Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery
5. Manufacturing Defects
If an item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
Proof of purchase
Clear photos of the issue
Approved defect claims will be handled under our Limited Product Warranty.
6. Returning Goods
Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.
Refunds cannot be issued without:

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days
Refunds are made using the original payment method
No additional refund fees will be charged
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
8. Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return
If the gift was shipped to the purchaser first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
