Limited Product Warranty

Carolina Diamond Gear™, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a limited warranty on products purchased directly from our website.
1. What This Warranty Covers
We warrant that our products will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use at the time of delivery.
This warranty applies only to defects that:
Were present at the time the product was received
Result from manufacturing or construction errors
Are reported within the warranty period
2. Warranty Period
This limited warranty is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
3. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover
This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by use in sports activities, including sliding, impact, friction, or contact
Improper use, misuse, or abuse
Incorrect sizing or fit preferences
Damage caused by washing, drying, or improper care
Alterations, repairs, or modifications made by the customer or third parties
Cosmetic changes that occur after use
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
Our products are apparel items, not protective equipment. No performance or injury-prevention claims are made or implied.
4. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, you must contact us within the warranty period and provide:
Proof of purchase
Clear photos showing the alleged defect
A brief description of the issue

5. Warranty Resolution
If a claim is approved, we will, at our sole discretion:
Replace the product, or
Issue a refund to the original payment method
We do not guarantee replacement availability. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued.
6. Exclusions for Custom & Limited Items
Custom, personalized, and limited-run items are final sale and not eligible for return.
However, verified manufacturing defects in these items may still qualify for warranty consideration.
7. Sole and Exclusive Warranty
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by Carolina Diamond Gear™, LLC.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
All other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed
This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of time, or related costs.
9. Governing Law
This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
